About us

Bringing Events to Life

At Harrosen, we believe the most meaningful celebrations are shaped not by perfection, but by warmth, connection, and a genuine sense of place.

Founded on over twenty years of experience across hospitality, events, and cultural leadership, Harrosen brings calm expertise and thoughtful care to every occasion. Our work is grounded in an understanding of people, place, and the quiet details that make gatherings feel effortless and deeply personal.

Rooted in Ireland's landscape and traditions, we create destination weddings and cultural experiences that feel alive with story. Each celebration is carefully considered — honouring local makers, seasonal food, and the character of the places we work within — ensuring every moment feels authentic and true.

Whether welcoming guests from across the world or shaping a celebration close to home, Harrosen approaches every project with heart, intention, and deep respect for Ireland and its culture.

About Colette, Founder of Harrosen

Colette O'Connor is the founder and guiding force behind Harrosen, crafting destination weddings, cultural experiences, and curated gifting that celebrate Ireland's landscapes, traditions, and stories.

With over 20 years of experience in hospitality and events, Colette has worked across hotel management, wedding coordination, and cultural leadership, giving her the expertise to design celebrations that are seamless, personal, and memorable. She brings calm authority, meticulous attention to detail, and a love of storytelling to every project.

Her approach is inspired by Ireland itself — its landscapes, local makers, seasonal food, and timeless traditions — and by the quiet elegance, care, and generosity exemplified by women who have long shaped their communities. Every celebration reflects Colette's belief that meaningful gatherings are rooted in warmth, thoughtfulness, and authenticity.

When not planning or coordinating, Colette can be found exploring Ireland's countryside with her family, discovering local makers, or immersing herself in Irish literature and culture — all of which inspire the heart and soul of Harrosen.
